All trees and shrubs have a 3 year guarantee.
The guarantee applies to landscape professionals and homeowners.
The guarantee is for both professional and non professional installs.
The guarantee applies if the plant is more than 1/2 dead within 3 years.
If the plant is dead it must be returned to the store with the receipt.
If the plant is dead, the full amount spent on that plant will be returned in the form of store credit only.
We do not hold the homeowner responsible for the death of the plant.
If the plant was installed by a professional, homeowners can bring in the dead plant for store credit totaling the amount spent on the dead plant.
You do not have to get the same plant as a replacement.
You can use your store credit for any other item at Sterling Greenery.
