Who We Are:

Sterling Greenery is a group of 22 fun and hard working people that enjoy connecting people with plants. We are all unique in our own way using our strengths to help each other. We work outdoors in all weather because the idea of being stuck in an office for 8 hours a day sounds like torture. We love the hard work because it keeps us in shape without having to go to the gym. We choose to work 10 hour days 4 days a week so we can have 3 days off every week. We take breaks when we need to not when the clock says to. We cover for each other and we support each other. We spend almost half of our lives with the people we work with so we should all be working toward the same goal. Happiness.

Company:

No drama: Of course we all have our days, but our new managers are very positive and try to identify and eliminate drama as soon as it appears. As a rule we don't talk about politics or religion because let's face it...no good conversation ever started with either of those topics. We just focus on plants and making people happy. 4 day work week: Working 8am to 6pm allows all of us to take 3 days off every week. That cuts a whole day of travel and gives you more work life balance. Voted best garden center: And we want to keep it that way. We know that starts with you. If you are happy, you will make the customer happy. The customer is not always right but they always come first.
