Boxwood Shrubs Green Velvet

#3 gallon pot.

Boxwood ‘Green Velvet’
Buxus, or Boxwood ‘Green Velvet’, is a classic evergreen shrub known for its dense, rounded growth and rich green foliage that holds its color year-round. It’s perfect for shaping into hedges, borders, or formal garden accents.

Thriving in full sun to partial shade, it prefers well-draining soil and is a low maintenance, outdoor plant once established. Ideal for structured landscapes and foundation plantings.

Maintenance Tip:
Prune in late spring or early summer to maintain shape and density. Water during dry periods, especially in winter, and apply mulch to protect shallow roots. Fertilize lightly in early spring and ensure good air circulation to prevent disease.
