Butterfly Bushes Groovy Grape

#3 gallon pot.

Groovy Grape Butterfly Bush (Buddleia davidii) is a vigorous, flowering shrub featuring long, arching spikes of rich violet-purple, fragrant blooms that attract butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds from summer into fall. Its lush green foliage and rounded, upright growth habit create an impressive display of seasonal color. Growing approximately 8–10 feet tall and 6–8 feet wide, it makes an excellent statement plant.

Thriving in full sun and well-draining soil, it is drought tolerant once established and highly pollinator-friendly. Ideal for large borders, sunny landscapes, and butterfly gardens.

Maintenance Tip: Water regularly during the first growing season, then during prolonged dry periods. Cut back to approximately 12 inches in spring once new growth begins to encourage vigorous growth and abundant flowering. Remove faded blooms to extend the blooming season.
