Ghost Painted Fern

Ghost Painted Fern (Athyrium ‘Ghost’) adds an elegant soft, silvery glow to your plant collection. This unique hybrid fern features upright, arching fronds in a stunning blend of pale silver, sage green, and soft gray tones, creating a subtle, almost ethereal look that brightens shaded spaces. Its refined texture and cool coloring make it a standout in both indoor displays and shaded garden beds.

The Painted Ghost Fern thrives in partial to full shade and prefers consistently moist, well-draining soil, making it ideal for woodland gardens, patios, or indoor containers with higher humidity. Despite its delicate appearance, it is relatively easy to care for and adapts well to a variety of low-light environments.

Perfect for adding texture, contrast, and a calming, natural feel, this low-maintenance fern is a beautiful choice for both beginner and experienced plant lovers looking to create a lush, serene atmosphere.

Maintenance Tip:
Keep soil evenly moist after planting and provide extra water during dry periods. Cut back old or damaged fronds in early spring, and mulch to maintain consistent soil moisture.
