Pear Trees Hosui

#7 gallon pot.

Hosui Pear Tree - Trees for cross pollination: Bartlett, Bosc, & Luscious. Height: 12-18ft, Width: 12-18ft. Interest: Fruit in August/September. Firm crisp fine-textured juicy mild subacid yet sweet rich-flavored white to off-white flesh is considered by some to be the best-flavored of all Asian pears!

Maintenance Tip:
Prune in late winter to remove dead, damaged, or crowded branches and to maintain a strong central structure. Thin fruit as needed to prevent overbearing and improve size. Fertilize in early spring, provide consistent watering during dry spells, and monitor for common issues like fire blight.
