Capistrano Rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Capistrano') is a stunning evergreen shrub prized for its unusual clusters of soft, creamy-yellow flowers that bloom in late spring. Its large, glossy, deep green leaves create a beautiful contrast against its delicate blooms, providing attractive foliage throughout the year. Growing approximately 6–8 feet tall and wide, it develops a dense, naturally rounded growth habit that adds color and structure to the landscape.

Thriving in partial shade and moist, acidic, well-draining soil, it is cold hardy, low maintenance once established, and pollinator-friendly. Ideal for foundation plantings, woodland gardens, mixed borders, and specimen plantings.

Maintenance Tip: Water regularly during establishment and maintain consistent soil moisture, especially during dry periods.
